Ms Petssy She Pei Sze is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Master degree holder in International Business (MBA).
She has more than 20 years’ experience in various industries while working with one of the big four audit firms and few listed companies. This includes accounting, auditing, company secretarial and taxation.
She was a Group Finance Manager in a listed company before she started practice in her own accounting firm.

Vernon She Kok Hoong, is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
He started his career with audit firm in 1999, where he has formed a strong understanding of various regulations requirement pertaining to financial reporting, taxation and company secretarial compliance issues.
He has extensive working experience with listed companies since 2004. With the highly involvement of strategic planning and operational control, he is very resourceful in aligning the operation to business development plans.
